How to Order Custom Umbrellas
A custom umbrella order moves through six stages: inquiry, specification and quotation, sample, order confirmation, production with inspection, and packing for export. Here is what happens at each stage and what we need from you.
- Send your inquiryTell us the umbrella style (or send a reference photo or product link), your logo, target quantity, destination country and the date you need the goods. Use the inquiry form or email us.
- Specification and quotationWe confirm the details that affect price: size, canopy fabric, frame and ribs, opening system, handle, printing method and position, and packaging. The quotation is based on that specification and your quantity.
- SampleDepending on the project, we prepare a reference sample, a printed sample or a newly developed sample. You check structure, materials, color and print result before bulk production. The sample fee is refunded when you place the bulk order.
- Order confirmationOnce the sample is approved, we confirm quantity, final specification, packaging, delivery schedule and shipping terms in writing.
- Production and inspectionMaterials are prepared, printing and sewing are arranged, and umbrellas are assembled. Checks run through production, not only at the end. What we check.
- Packing and shipmentUmbrellas are packed to your sleeve, label and carton requirements and prepared for export according to the agreed terms.

MOQ
MOQ depends on the umbrella style and how difficult it is to produce — size, printing method and level of customization. Send the specification you have in mind and we will confirm the MOQ for it, or suggest changes that make a smaller order practical.
Lead time
Standard styles usually deliver in about 10–20 days. Custom designs depend on the structure, materials, printing and quantity, and we confirm their schedule once the sample and requirements are final — share your deadline early.
Artwork
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) work best for logos. For color matching, add Pantone references. For full-canopy or photo prints, send high-resolution files.
Pricing
